Set how long the quote is valid. Once the date passes, it shows as expired: your client can no longer accept it and you know it needs updating.

Send the quote the way you prefer: copy the link, email it or share it on WhatsApp. Your client opens it in the browser, even from their phone, without signing up.

Your client accepts or declines with one click. You get a notification by email or in the browser, and the quote changes status on its own.

Draft, sent, viewed, accepted, declined, expired. In the dashboard you'll find the quotes to follow up and the ones closed in the last 30 days, with totals.
